Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and customized gift hampers are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for size or color changes, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Perfumes (once opened), Customized gift hampers, Jewelry (for hygiene reasons), Sale or discounted items.

Refund Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
